It so happened that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, about 6 million Ukrainians were forced to leave their homes and go to foreign countries. 90% of refugees who went to seek safety abroad are women, mostly with children.

Of course, among the women there are those who remained in Ukraine, but some of them lost their livelihood forever, because many Ukrainian industries were destroyed by the Russians, some continued to do business, reorienting it to what is useful for the country here and now.

A significant part of Ukrainian women who had their own business in Ukraine - were forced to close it and left the country, the other part - made the decision to adapt to the situation: they relocated, changed the business model, began an active search for new employees, suppliers, customers, etc., but already abroad. Someone, in turn, has an idea for their own business, which they would like to turn from just an idea into a real business project. Absolutely all these women have the right to a decent life for themselves and their relatives.

Today, it is by joining the community that women find networking, business contacts, mentoring support, and help in the development and growth of business, they open up new career horizons for themselves, having the opportunity to present their achievements and ready-made projects. Moreover, womens communities currently influence not only the field of high technologies, but also drive changes in the entire society, open new offices within the country and abroad, help companies with the search for investments, participate in international conferences, present Ukrainian projects and industry to the world community.
